A lot of dropper posts out there just need to be partly disassembled, cleaned and recharged with nitrogen to keep them coming all the way up and staying up. Other seat posts need a full rebuild, not sure, shoot me a message at jimmer@brassbellbikes.com and I can give you some advice.
